Each unit is about 6 weeks, totalling 24-26 weeks of work! There are Extension Activities for each lesson, allowing you to expand on the lessons your child is interested in! As well as two review weeks every two units. For this book, you have an optional homework page per lesson, a quiz per unit, and two semester tests. There is also an optional Science Project as well, with instructions for a successful presentation!
